Quarterbrain is a Berlin based Band from Germany. Three musicians that love to play Rock music. They play an energetic mix of Psychedelic, Progrock, Crossover, somewhere in the mix of Punk and Stoner, close to Hardrock, somehow epic and mostly enriched with a decent message. If there is a need to give our stuff a name, then this might work: Psychedelic Kraftrock! The Guitars and Keyboards, the Bass and the Drums switch between hard riffing and huge Soundwalls. The three are not singing about love and missing someone. They sing about hard fates, they are telling stories of despair and ignorance in the world, of the end of the world as we know it and are bringing up the idea, that the whole live is just bits and bytes in a digital system and we all are nothing but animated figures in a matrix.
